Popular Education Network Scotland (PEN) is a grassroots  action group of volunteers committed to providing learning opportunities to activists within their communities.

PEN recognises the limitations of formal education and believes that learning opportunities within communities, and engaging activists on lived experiences provides the most effective environment for learning.
